Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, protect, and delete information for creators, brands, viewers, connected social accounts, and Instagram automation.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Who We Are

InflueAnswer is a creator trust, profile, review, campaign, and automation platform. Creators use the platform to build public profiles, connect social accounts, collect community reviews, showcase content, and use Instagram comment automation. Brands use the platform to discover creators, create campaigns, review applicants, and manage collaborations.

For questions about this policy, contact us at support@influeanswer.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, WhatsApp number, user type, creator profile details, brand profile details, profile photos, cover images, company information, campaign information, community reviews, and messages or form submissions you create inside the platform.

When you connect social accounts, we may collect account identifiers, usernames, profile links, follower/subscriber counts, content counts, profile images, public content metadata, access tokens, token expiry information, and connection status. We only request data needed to provide the selected platform features.

3. Instagram Data and Permissions

If you connect Instagram, we may request permissions such as instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_comments, instagram_business_manage_messages, and instagram_business_manage_insights, depending on the features you use.

We use Instagram data to display connected account details, verify creator social presence, fetch basic profile and content signals, enable comment-trigger automation, receive subscribed webhook events, and send creator-defined private replies when a user comments a configured trigger word on the creator's Instagram media.

For Instagram Automation, creators can create rules containing trigger words, optional post or reel IDs, destination links, and private reply templates. When Instagram sends a comment webhook event, we use the comment text, media ID, comment ID, commenter username, and connected account token to determine whether a rule matches and to send the configured private reply.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, display creator and brand profiles, calculate trust and profile signals, connect social platforms, show campaign and application data, send notifications, provide Instagram Automation, detect abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal and platform requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Instagram data for unrelated advertising or profiling outside the features selected by the user.

5. Sharing of Information

Public profile information may be visible to visitors, brands, creators, and viewers depending on the page. Campaign applications are visible to the relevant brand. Community reviews may contribute to ratings and trust signals.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, email, notifications, security, and payment systems. These providers are allowed to use information only to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our rights and policies.

6. Access Tokens and Security

Social platform access tokens are stored to provide connected-account features such as social metrics, content fetching, webhook subscriptions, and Instagram Automation. We restrict token use to the features requested by the connected user.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

7. Data Retention

We keep account and profile information while your account is active. Social account tokens and connected account metadata are kept while the account remains connected. Automation rules and event logs are kept to show recent activity, debug delivery, prevent duplicate replies, and support user control.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or accounting.

8. User Controls and Deletion

You can disconnect social accounts from your profile settings. Disconnecting Instagram stops new automation for that account and removes the stored connection from active use.

You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting support@influeanswer.com. We will delete or anonymize eligible information unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

To remove Instagram permissions directly, you may also visit Instagram or Meta account settings and remove this app from connected apps and websites.

9. Cookies and Sessions

We use cookies and session storage to keep users logged in, protect forms, remember account state, and operate the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not work properly without them.

10. Children's Privacy

InflueAnswer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform, legal requirements, or Meta platform requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
